He is highly qualified, both in Business & Leadership disciplines, and in Educational Psychology, with his qualifications including, an MBA, an MEd, and a Doctorate. He has also practiced as a Chartered Marketer for over 15 years in diverse corporate settings across the UK and Ireland. His main research interests lie in the areas of developing sustainable competitive advantage and personal and business transformation.
